Suppliments and Other Aides

Just wondering if there's anything out there that could be recommended to help my body promote weight loss, currently I'm taking an Omega-3 pill from GNC, and also the GNC Multi-vitamin for men....I know the multi probably is the best way to go for getting vitamins and minerals but it's better then nothing from what I can see.

After work-outs should I be taking a protein powder? I've been told this by some of my friends, they've also said I should go get an ECA stack to help my body increase it's metabolism and I believe they said it's also a thermogenic. For those who don't know what an ECA stack is look here ...

Looking for recommendations and comments on this post. Anything would be beneficial!

The Plan.....

To go from 65% body fat to 15% body fat

Not sure if that's an exact yet, still waiting on my fitness buff friends to help me work that number out...once I get all my starting measurements done (I don't seem to have a bloody scale), I'll post them as the Starting numbers, I was thinking about posting on the daily as to what progresses I've made but I'm not sure if it will encourage me as much as if I were to post them on a weekly basis .... please feel free to share you opinion in my poll on the right over theres ---->

Target start date is September 1st ... need a couple more days for my fat ass to say goodbye to the garbage I love and crave =(

Things I'll be posting...

I'll be posting exercises done, diet eaten, how I'm feeling or holding up....temptations I've been drawn to and all that stuff, pretty much what happens to me in a day will be broad casted on here. Hope for you all to follow and help encourage me in this process of transforming my life!! =D

It's going to take me a bit of time to set this up, taking measurements for the fat-ass part ... hopefully looking to transform my fat ass into something more fit in the months to come. will be posting current weight, sizes, measurements of various parts of myself and hopefully I'll attract some people to follow and encourage this fatty into a more fit and healthy person!
