Just wondering if there's anything out there that could be recommended to help my body promote weight loss, currently I'm taking an Omega-3 pill from GNC, and also the GNC Multi-vitamin for men....I know the multi probably is the best way to go for getting vitamins and minerals but it's better then nothing from what I can see.
After work-outs should I be taking a protein powder? I've been told this by some of my friends, they've also said I should go get an ECA stack to help my body increase it's metabolism and I believe they said it's also a thermogenic.
